It is our goal to get our unhinged flyers seen in your town! Imagine your local denizens walking around town and and seeing one of these bizarre flyers in the wild. Bet it would brighten their day to happen upon such a thing. Bet they'd laugh out loud in delight and tell all their friends. They'd be the coolest member of the group chat!
Unfortunately, we don't live in your town, so this is where you come in. You can request these flyers and we will send some of them to you to post in your town. They will even come with a vinyl sticker featuring Boredwalk art, all totally FREE!
If you email us back with a picture of your flyer adorning a community bulletin board, window, post, etc. in your town we will reply with a super secret 30% off code just for you. You can either email us a photo or post your photo on the internet and link us to your post. These flyers are pretty funny so posting a pic of one hanging in your town will probably get you some internet points if that's the sort of thing that interests you.
Pro tip, once you plant a flyer you can strategically stake out a spot to watch passersby happen upon the flyer and laugh out loud at it. Then you can cackle with glee knowing you helped amuse all the strangers. Amusing strangers is one of our most favorite things on the planet and you should get to revel in it as well! Spreading joy is our passion, it could be your passion too!
Why are we doing this?
1. Fun! I love finding some weird thing in the wild and showing it to my friends, what a cool little bit of whimsy in the world! The world is bad, it needs more whimsy! Too many ads for gambling apps, not enough flyers about void travel and cursed objects. It's tragic, we should fix this.
2. I think many of the people who'd love Boredwalk aren't all finding us on the internet. The algorithms are a cruel mistress and this year they've really battered our small business. I want to spread the word offline in a way that's actually a good time. Each of our flyers leads to a page on our website telling newcomers about the funny videos we make and the amusing products we design. We think a lot of people out there who'd love Boredwalk just don't know about it yet. If they happen upon our flyers and find them entertaining enough to investigate they'd probably enjoy the other stuff we do too!
If you order the flyers we'll send you 6 of them, 2 of each one. If you think you can plant more than 6 flyers you can add an additional quantity to your cart, but only take 'em if you think you'll use them please. We want to make sure we have enough for everyone who wants to play along.
