Returns and Exchanges
Exchange/Return Policy - The short and sweet version:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on most items and offer FREE exchanges for U.S. orders.
NOTE: If you purchased through Boredwalk's Facebook Shop or Instagram Shop and would like to exchange your item, please contact our customer service team via email at email@example.com for assistance and include the full name & email address you used at checkout — do not click the link below!
Please note that we can ONLY accept exchange requests for Facebook & Instagram orders — we cannot accept returns for refunds on orders placed through Facebook Shop or Instagram Shop at this time.
OTHER NOTE: Please do not send returns or exchanges back in Priority USPS mailers. We get that they look really cool and patriotic, but the postage on the labels we provide is sufficient for First Class Mail, NOT Priority Mail. If you do this, the package WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU and slow down processing of your request.
For international orders we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

The long version with fine print:
Return/Exchange Window: Returns/Exchanges must be received within 30 days of original delivery date. During the winter holiday season our return/exchange window is extended to 10 days after Christmas for items purchased in November or December.
Return/Exchange Condition: Returns/Exchanges must be in their original condition (in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, new, no odors or fragrances such as cigarettes or perfume)
Exclusions: Please note that we CANNOT accept returns/exchanges for:
- Clearance or Flash Sale items
- Magazines/Journals/Notebooks/Activity Books/other book products
- Any item not in original condition (e.g. open box items)
- Customized/off menu items
- Seasonal items (such as holiday/Christmas sweaters or Halloween costumes)
- Wholesale orders
Items sent back to us that are outside of our return window, not in their original condition, or ineligible for return/exchange will not receive a refund/exchange.
Return Shipping/Shipping Fees: Boredwalk does not cover the cost to mail back returns or refund original shipping costs (if there were any associated with the order).
We do offer the option to download a pre-paid return label if you wish to return your order, but the cost of the return label and a $1 restocking fee will be deducted from your return. If you would like a free label we recommend exchanging your item(s) instead. You can also opt to use your own return label/carrier if you don't want to use our pre-paid return label.
Delivered Packages Returned to Sender: If orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are sent back to us marked "Return to Sender" due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or are otherwise deemed "undeliverable" and customers are unresponsive to requests for correct shipping addresses for the purpose of one-time re-shipment we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method less original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
Volume Discounts: If you are returning items from an order where a volume discount was used, your refund will be adjusted based on your final order total. For example, if you used an offer code for 20% off on orders of $50 or more and ordered 2 $25 items, but returned one item the refund amount would be $15, not $20, because the return adjusts your final order total to $25 based on the loss of the 20% off discount for orders of $50 or more. If you used an offer code for 20% off on orders of $50 or more and ordered 4 $25 items, but returned one $25 item the refund amount would be $20 because the 3 other items that didn't get returned still made it possible for the order to meet the minimum value to use the discount. If retaining the discount value of your order is a priority we recommend exchanging rather than returning your item so your discount value won't be impacted. If you are returning your item due to fit concerns, please note that we offer the option to order off-menu items, so if there is another shirt style that has the fit you want, please contact us to request an exchange for an off-menu item.
Excessive Returns/Exchanges: Boredwalk reserves the right to refuse service/provide return labels in any instance where our return/exchange policy is being abused. We may refuse service/labels at our discretion in instances where more than three (3) returns/exchanges are made in a single calendar year.
