I'm not using this for myself; I bought it for a friend of myself who's been having a lot of mental health struggles, and Kaiser Permanente's mental health programs are... well, an utter disaster. Myself and another of her friends split this as a tool to validate all that anger and frustration that too many of us are fighting with these days. A really beautiful piece of work in a time where there's too little beauty — and a field where there's too many products that rely on bland platitudes instead of respecting real feelings.
