"You need therapy" is one the most often hurled comments at those of us who suffer from things like anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc. While therapy works wonders for some people, it's not a one-size-fits-all solution and one of the most validating things I ever heard from a therapist was an admission that therapy doesn't work for everyone. If you've bailed on therapy as part of your mental health journey, this shirt is for you.

Very good quality shirts and printing

I purchased three shirts and I have worn them and washed them all several times. The color and printing have held up very well and there was minimal if any shrinking. I will add that I am not one to follow washing instructions, everything is done on high heat lol. I will be back for more shirts. Now if only you took requests 🤔

Boredwalk Delivers When "Therapy Dropout" Delayed by COVID-19

Matt & Marlene were super to work with when I didn't receive an order shortly after Stay-at-Home was implemented - still lost somewhere. They sent a replacement quickly and were happy to help during a difficult time for everyone. The shirt is great quality, soft, comfortable and exactly as it appeared on the website. I ended up ordering down in size because I like more fitted t-shirts.
