Do you accept returns?
As long as books are unused (i.e., no writing, coloring, drawing, etc.) and arrive back at our offices in their original sellable condition — not dog-eared, creased, torn, or damaged in any way — yes.
We take great care to package our books and other items securely to avoid excessive shifting within the boxes we ship them in and resulting damage while in transit. We expect customers to do the same when shipping unwanted items back to us.
Are the activities and content in these books suitable for kids?
While there is nothing explicit or otherwise "NSFW" in our activity books, they are written with a more sophisticated sense of humor and sensibility than the sorts of activity books typically marketed to children and young adults.
We've provided a sampling of the kinds of puzzles, games, and activities each of our books contains here on this page, but you can see additional examples of interior pages for each book by clicking on the images and/or videos in the sections further up the page that you scrolled past to get here.
What kinds of activities are included in these books?
Lots! We try to include a broad selection of the most popular activities you remember from your youth in each book, but with each subsequent release we try to incorporate new puzzles & games that haven't yet appeared in our previously published books.
In order: we published Adventures in the Abyss in 2022, Whatever! in 2023, Bloodthirsty & Bewitched in 2024, and Once Upon a Time in 2025. (Don't worry; we have more on the way in 2026!)

Why don't your books feature my favorite activity/puzzle type?
We're sure Sudoku or Wordle or whatever your pet puzzle type happens to be is great, but their appeal is pretty niche and there are already plenty of apps & books for each of those available.
Our main goal with these books is to give adults a fun analog alternative to scrolling and not everyone loves every type of activity under the sun.
So we've done our very best to provide a broad selection of well-known and commonly-enjoyed activities that tie in with the respective themes of the books they appear in.
If you already know you REALLY just want to color, there are plenty of coloring books already on the market. Same with books that focus exclusively on word searches, or mazes, or crossword puzzles, etc., and we encourage you to purchase those from other publishers instead if our more diverse offering of activities isn't what you're in the mood for!
These activities/puzzles are way too hard/easy. What gives?
Everyone's desired level of difficulty varies. Part of why our books feature a variety of puzzle & activity types, from more word-based puzzles to those that rely more on numbers and/or logic is so they contain something for everyone.
We also include activities in our books that can be done solo or with the participation of friends who may be able to help you when you get stuck, and each book also contains an answer key at the back in case you are truly stumped.
That said, even though these books were designed for adults, all of the activities in them were created to be solvable by a reasonably smart high schooler. You can do this — we believe in you! You'll love the sense of accomplishment that's unlocked upon completion of the puzzles you initially felt were too challenging.
If you're a particularly smart cookie who finds these puzzles way too easy... congrats on the sense of smug self-satisfaction you'll feel when you breeze through these. You've earned it! Go brag to your pals in Mensa about it.
Will you be releasing more activity books in the future?
Yes! We've released at least one new activity book each year since 2022, and in 2026 we're feeling particularly ambitious — our fifth one is coming out in September, and we're hoping to have our sixth activity book out sometime in November ahead of Black Friday. Fingers crossed!
I really just loving coloring. Will you be releasing a coloring book at some point?
It's on the road map, and hopefully we can release our first dedicated coloring book(s) at some point in 2027.
