Do you accept returns?
As long as card decks are still sealed in their original packaging and arrive back at our facility undamaged and in their original condition, yes, we do accept returns.
Are the questions in the Delve Decks suitable for kids?
We enthusiastically recommend the Family Edition for younger kids (roughly those aged 6-14)!
While we wouldn't recommend using the Couples Edition deck with kids, the majority of the questions in the original Delve Deck, the Joy Edition, or the Venting Edition decks would be fine for most older elementary-aged kids, middle schoolers, and up. Many of our customers have mentioned in their reviews using the decks with their kids and having a great time connecting more deeply with them, and many middle and high school teachers have found them useful in engaging with their students.
Are Delve Decks for couples?
Yes, especially the Couples Edition deck, but the original Delve Deck, the Joy Edition, and the Venting Edition are all great for couples!
The Delve Decks' creators are a couple who have been together for over 20 years and use them weekly for their own date nights, and many of our customers have mentioned in their reviews how many new things they've learned about their own partners thanks to the questions in the decks — even when they've been together for several decades!
I need ice breakers for work meetings. Are Delve Decks good for that?
Yes! Many Delve Deck customers use the original deck, the Joy Edition, and the Venting Edition in professional settings like team meetings, leadership retreats, and office parties and have said they were a huge hit and great for helping coworkers learn more about each other.
What makes Delve Decks different from other question decks?
We love getting new conversation decks ourselves and think there are some excellent ones on the market besides our own.
That said, many of them have more narrow applications than the Delve Decks. They may specifically be for couples who have only been together for a few months, or for use in professional settings, or for getting to know just family members better.
They also may ask questions that are more generic and less specific, which is fine, but one of the things customers frequently mention in their reviews of the Delve Decks is how much they appreciate that our questions are pointed enough to require more specific answers, but also open-ended enough that the answers may evolve over time. The jingle that really grates on your nerves right now probably won't be the same a few years from now, and the best thing you've done for your mental health may be regular physical exercise now and therapy in a few years.

Will you be releasing more expansion decks in the future?
However, one downside to products like the Delve Decks, our affirmation decks, our activity books for adults, or our Grievance Journal is that they take a lot longer to develop, write, design, and get manufactured than our t-shirt designs, so while we may release several new apparel designs per year we can usually only release a few new books and card decks each year.
