Okay, you know this isn't my holiday. I authored an anti-gratitude journal, so you won't catch me pushing this holiday too hard, but here's what I will say about it:

Happy National Butterscotch Pudding Day! I guess. I dunno. Pudding is pretty far down my list of desserts, and butterscotch is a distant 2nd or 3rd behind vanilla and chocolate for me as far as traditional pudding flavors go. But maybe you adore pudding, and especially the butterscotch variety, in which case huzzah! Today is YOUR day!
