Mulling things over this week...🤔
WARM SANGRIA? I CALL BULLSHIRT
Happy National Sangria Day! Apparently Big Sangria really wants you to know that it's not just for warm weather months, and that it's perfectly acceptable to heat sangria up as an alternative to mulled wine during the holiday season. Which sounds delicious! But also a little bit like an endorsement of braising fruit in its own blood. Mmm...bloodwine...
Don't judge me, Worf! I saw you get plastered on bloodwine
at the crew holiday party just the other night!
Here at Boredwalk HQ we're still printing and shipping out orders this week, but if you're worried about delivery speed, you can always give the folks on your gift-giving list a Boredwalk gift card! They're delivered instantly via email, so it's the closest thing to order teleportation we have at this time. Sweet!

OK, birthday time! Let's consume some cake and warm sangria in honor of:
• George Peter John "Peter Criss" Criscuola, born this day in 1945! Mr. Criss, aka "The Catman," was a co-founder and the original drummer of theatrical rock legends KISS. He also co-wrote KISS's biggest US chart hit, 'Beth,' which peaked at #7 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1976.
• Jennifer Ann "Jenny" Agutter, born this day in 1952! Ms Agutter is best-known to American audiences for her roles in the films Logan's Run, An American Werewolf in London, and Child's Play 2.
• Jonah Hill, born this day in 1983! Mr. Hill is an actor, filmmaker, and comedian who has appeared in films The 40 Year-Old Virgin, Superbad, 21 Jump Street, and Moneyball, among others.

Alrighty! Normally this is where I'd encourage you to scroll down to learn more about a fellow Boredwalk fan, but I'm still waiting on some Q&A responses from some gracious volunteers. Next Monday, hopefully! If you'd like to be featured in our Monday Q&A segment, reply to this email and let me know and I'll send you some fun questions!
We'll be back in your inbox on Wednesday morning with links to fun distractions! If you're in a shopping mood or still have people on your list to get gifts for, be sure to use the code YAY10 at checkout to save 10% on orders of $100 or more! (Not on gift cards, though. No one does that. That's not a thing.) Until next time...
Until next time...
Peace, love, and boozy simmered fruit,
Matt
