🤫 Personal trainers don't want you to know this 😅

10 TO 15 MINUTES OF LAUGHTER CAN BURN UP TO 40 CALORIES

It's Laugh and Grow Rich Day, though I don't see what riches have to do with anything. Seems like kind of a stretch, sort of like my cheeky subject line.
Also, does laughter really even need a second value add? I don't think so unless you happen to be a gelotophobe, a person with a fear of laughter. This both sounds like a terrible way to live AND would explain a lot about some of the haters in Boredwalk's comments.
Can you quit the gym and replace the treadmill with some tee-hee-hees? Only one way to find out! The fox below definitely likes this idea.
fox laughing
Foxes love to giggle and I find it almost impossible not to at least smile when I see a video of an exuberant fox having a great time, but it turns out foxes have taken up that laughing sound due to spending time with humans and learning that we like their laughter.

CrystalBruises transforms herself into a wildly impressive glamorous skeleton doll in this mesmerizing video.
This collection of short videos shows some useful tricks I've never seen and definitely plan to try.
I might never be as happy as this sea otter enjoying some ice cubes, but we can all live vicariously.
Bonus link! In case you missed it, mental health humorist TheVibeWithKy joined us on the most recent Boredwalk podcast. We talk about making content, living with mental illness, and much more! If you love Boredwalk's content we are sure you'll love what Ky does, too, as well as this podcast ep!
OK! We'll be back here in your inbox on Friday with new art, more nonsense holidays to dissect, more notable birthdays (and maybe even some notable deathdays!) to celebrate, and more witty content in general. Don't miss it! Until next time...
