🥰 Some little things you might enjoy!

BATS AND SPIDERS AND CORVIDS OH MY!

As you can see up top, we just released some new art. If your favorite little things include spooky or otherwise misunderstood and/or under-appreciated critters, this is the tee for you!

My favorite little thing, my beloved cat Oliver, departed last month for his trip over the rainbow bridge, leaving us with an apothecary full of meds for a geriatric kitty, which means this weekend we're headed over to local charity, Blankets of Love*, to donate our collection. The timing couldn't be better since it's National Clean Out Your Medicine Cabinet Day. If you've got expired drugs for humans or familiars, here's your reminder to tidy up!
Today is also Thank You For Libraries Day, and one of the best ways you can thank your local library for existing is by using it. Even if you're a busy on-the-go sort, your local library has apps that enable you to check out audio books and e-books right from your smart phone! Very modern and convenient!

* Donating unused pet meds was a lot harder than you'd think. I am glad we finally found an org that can put them to use. Our loss should be some other critter's gain!

We are also in the process of becoming a foster family for our local Humane Society. We miss our cat terribly, but hopefully we can dry some tears on a local critter in need of care and cuddles.

I appreciate that I have not gotten on the bad side of any corvids because they are both clever and vengeful.
That said, the mourning doves who moved into the rafters of my patio during the torrential downpours we had in LA this winter are not fans of mine. They would prefer I cede the patio to them, and I would prefer they either leave of just peacefully co-exist, but it seems we are at an impasse.

Want some amusement? Check out the newest episode of the Boredwalk podcast! This week Boredwalk co-founder Matt chatted with Tess from our content team about gory work stories (at past jobs, Boredwalk is fairly gore-free), celebrity encounters, death, visiting the bunny cafe, cringe-worthy high school memories, Matt's school bully who eventually maybe turned over a new leaf, things people should stop bragging about, and they answered a few questions from our Delve Deck. Watch them in the flesh on YouTube or listen on your favorite podcasting platform.
