Happy National Tapioca Day! I know you've been waiting all year to celebrate this boldly-flavored occasion, but not so fast — adding to the thrills of June 28th are National Parchment DayNational Logistics Day, and National Insurance Awareness Day. Have so many exciting things converged on a single day before? I don't know, but it's certainly hard to imagine!
